The BL120-563 is a Ø 63 mm saddle clamp used to mount a measuring electrode directly into a PVC circulation pipe. It forms the mechanical interface between the pipework and the probe holder on Hanna Instruments dosing and control systems in the BL12x, BL13x and HI5x0 families. It is a plumbing accessory only and does not include the electrode itself.

Designed for PVC pipe with an outside diameter of 63 mm, the standard size on many commercial pool circulation and bypass lines. It is intended for electrodes used with Hanna Instruments BL12x, BL13x and HI5x0 controllers and dosing pumps. Check both the pipe outside diameter and the thread of your existing electrode holder before ordering.

Position de montage

The saddle clamp is fitted around the pipe at the point where the probe should sample the water, usually downstream of the circulation pump and the filter. After drilling the pipe wall, the two clamp halves are bolted together over the gasket and the electrode holder is screwed into the threaded port. Mount the electrode so the sensing tip stays permanently flooded and free of trapped air.

Durée de vie

The clamp body itself lasts as long as the pipework under normal pool conditions. The sealing gasket is the wear item and should be inspected whenever the electrode is removed for cleaning or calibration. Replace the complete clamp if the body shows cracking, deformation or persistent leakage after re-tightening.

Remarques concernant la commande

Sold individually as a single saddle clamp, not as a kit. Electrodes, probe holders and cabling are ordered separately. Saddle clamps are diameter-specific, so a 63 mm clamp cannot be used on 50 mm or 75 mm pipe.
