The chamber is fabricated from 316L stainless steel and undergoes pickling and passivation treatment to maximise corrosion resistance and service life in chemically active pool water. The high-quality welding process ensures every unit passes leak testing before despatch, while a glass-bead finish gives the vessel a premium, inspection-ready appearance.

Lamp access & Smart Pin Technology

VGE Pro’s patented Smart Pin Technology (SPT) allows the UV lamp to be replaced safely even when the system remains filled with water under pressure — eliminating the need to drain or depressurise the circuit for routine maintenance. Transparent inspection ports let operators monitor lamp status at a glance without interrupting flow, and the low-pressure lamp delivers UV-C output at 254 nm for highly efficient germicidal performance.

Disinfection performance & chemical reduction

Low-pressure UV-C radiation at 254 nm attacks the DNA of bacteria, viruses and other waterborne pathogens, rendering chlorine-resistant micro-organisms inactive. Operating a UV system inline after filtration also reduces the formation of chloramines and keeps residual chlorine in its free, active form — improving water quality and swimmer comfort whilst lowering overall chemical consumption.
