This is the genuine Davey replacement stator and shell assembly (83mm) for the Silensor and SilensorPro large-format pool pump range, specifically the SLL200 and SLL300 models (including SLS300/SLL300 variants). The stator is the stationary electromagnetic winding within the water-cooled motor, and together with the motor shell it forms the core motor assembly that drives pump operation. This component is typically replaced following electrical winding failure, overheating damage, or water ingress into the motor housing.

Compatibilitat

This 83mm stator and shell assembly (Davey part number 32354) fits the Davey Silensor and SilensorPro SLL200, SLS300, and SLL300 models — covering both single-phase 50Hz and CE variants. It does not fit the SLL150 or smaller SLS100–SLS200 models (which use a 75mm stator, part 32353), nor the SLL400 (which requires the 92mm stator, part 32355). Always verify your exact model number and motor diameter before ordering.

Instal·lació

Replacing the stator and shell assembly is an advanced motor-level repair requiring disassembly of the complete pump motor. Davey-specific service spanners (tools 13810SP and 13810-1SP) are required to remove the case nuts safely. On older “-0” suffix models, Davey recommends simultaneously replacing the impeller and rotor with the current “new style” components when renewing the motor shell. This work should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or Davey-authorised service centre.
