The BL120-300 is a set of two replacement peristaltic pump tubes for Hanna Instruments BL10x and BL12x series dosing pumps. These flexible tubes sit inside the pump head and are compressed by the rotor to move chlorine, acid or other treatment chemicals into the pool circuit. They are a standard wear item and the most common cause of lost dosing output when they begin to flatten or split.

Designed for Hanna Instruments peristaltic dosing pumps in the BL10x and BL12x families, including the widely used BL120 controller-pumps. The tube profile matches the original factory part, so pump output stays within the rated flow specification. Always confirm your pump model number on the housing label before ordering, as other Hanna dosing ranges use different tube dimensions.

Poziția de instalare

The tube is fitted inside the pump head, wrapped around the rotor between the suction and discharge connectors. Switch off and depressurise the pump, open the pump head cover, remove the worn tube and seat the new one so that it follows the rotor track without twisting. Reconnect the suction and discharge lines and run a short priming cycle to confirm flow before returning the system to automatic control.

Peristaltic tubing is a consumable that fatigues under continuous compression, typically after several months of duty depending on run hours, chemical aggressiveness and ambient temperature. Replace as soon as you notice reduced dosing output, air bubbles in the discharge line, or visible flattening, cracking or leakage at the pump head. Preventive replacement on a fixed maintenance schedule avoids unplanned water-chemistry drift.

Supplied as a pack of two tubes, so one spare remains on the shelf after a service call. The pack contains tubing only; rotors, pump head covers and connector fittings are not included. Keeping a pack in stock is recommended for commercial installations where dosing downtime is not acceptable.
