Fluidra – Zodiac Vortex 4WD Main Housing (OV 5410)

This is the genuine Fluidra replacement main body housing for the Zodiac Vortex 4WD robotic pool cleaner (OV 5410). It forms the core structural shell of the robot, enclosing and protecting the internal drive and motor components. Replacing a cracked, broken, or damaged housing restores the cleaner’s integrity and keeps it performing at its best.

Compatibilitate

This main housing is designed specifically for the Zodiac Vortex 4WD OV 5410 robotic pool cleaner. Always verify your robot’s model number before ordering, as the Vortex range includes multiple 2WD and 4WD variants with different housings that are not interchangeable.

De ce autenticitatea contează

As a genuine Fluidra spare part, this housing is manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original, ensuring all internal components, drive shafts, motor mounts, and filter assemblies fit and align correctly. Aftermarket alternatives may compromise the watertight integrity of the robot and void any remaining warranty.

Instalare

Replacing the main housing requires partial disassembly of the robot, including removal of the internal motor block, impeller, and drive components. Familiarity with the Vortex 4WD exploded parts diagram is strongly recommended. If in doubt, installation by a qualified Fluidra service technician will ensure the robot is correctly reassembled and safe to use.
