Rated up to 24.9 kW heating capacity at A27/W27 with a peak COP of 15.2, this full-inverter single-phase heat pump is engineered to heat pools from 70 to 125 m³ efficiently across a wide range of operating conditions. The vertical-discharge fan layout keeps the unit’s footprint compact — just 777 × 826 mm at the base — making it well suited to plant rooms and enclosed pool surrounds where a horizontal model would not fit. Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity are included as standard, enabling remote monitoring and control without additional modules.

Full-inverter control allows the Panasonic rotary compressor and variable-speed fan to modulate continuously in response to changing air temperatures, rather than cycling on and off at a fixed output. At the more demanding A15/W25 condition the unit still delivers a COP of 5.1–7.1, sustaining meaningful efficiency well into the shoulder seasons. The R32 refrigerant used carries a global-warming potential roughly three times lower than the R410A it replaces, reducing the unit’s environmental footprint over its service life.

The Panasonic rotary compressor is a well-proven choice in premium pool heat pumps, combining low noise output with durability. Heat transfer to the pool water takes place through a titanium condenser, which resists corrosion from both chlorinated and salt-chlorinated water. The ABS cabinet is UV-stabilised and corrosion-proof, keeping the unit looking and performing well in outdoor conditions.

SmartGrid & Connectivity

The vertical SG P variant includes SmartGrid readiness, a digital input that allows an external building-management or energy-management system to signal the heat pump and influence its operating mode — useful for installers integrating pool heating into a broader home-automation or solar setup. Combined with the bundled Wi-Fi and 4G module, pool owners and their installers can monitor performance, adjust set-points, and receive alerts remotely via the Norsup app.
