Rated at 13.5 kW peak heating capacity (A27/W27) with a COP of up to 13.4, the Norsup P 13V/32 is a full-inverter pool heat pump designed for pools of 35–60 m³ on a single-phase 230 V supply. The vertical footprint — just 730 × 766 mm at the base — makes it an ideal choice where horizontal space is limited but airflow is available overhead.

Full inverter technology continuously modulates compressor output to match actual heat demand, delivering a COP range of 7–13.4 at A27/W27 and 5–6.2 at the cooler A15/W25 test condition. The Mitsubishi rotary compressor pairs with R32 refrigerant — a gas with roughly three times lower global-warming potential than R410A — while a soft-start circuit prevents voltage spikes at switch-on. Automatic defrost and a confirmed operating range well below 0 °C mean the unit can extend the swimming season into early spring and late autumn.

Refrigerant, Compressor & Heat Exchanger

At the heart of the unit sits a Mitsubishi rotary compressor chosen for low-noise, variable-speed operation. The condenser is a titanium twisted-tube heat exchanger housed to resist prolonged contact with both chlorinated and salt-treated water. The weatherproof ABS cabinet protects internal components and gives the unit its clean matte-black appearance on pool decks.

Controller & Connectivity

A full-colour touchscreen provides on-unit control, while the included Wi-Fi and 4G module connects the heat pump to the NorsupOne smartphone app (iOS and Android) for remote temperature management, mode switching (Power / Smart / Silent), and maintenance alerts without any additional hardware purchase. SmartGrid compatibility allows the unit to respond to grid-demand signals, helping to reduce running costs during peak tariff periods.
