Davey – panel osłonowy złącza ProMatic ESR / ESC / MPS – M1554

Davey – ProMatic ESR / ESC / MPS Connector Cover Panel (M1554)

The M1554 is a genuine Davey replacement connector cover panel for the ProMatic ESR (Self-Regulating) and ESC (Self-Cleaning) salt water chlorinator control units, also applicable to the MPS series. It protects the electrical connector interface on the controller housing, keeping wiring connections shielded from moisture, UV exposure, and poolside debris. This cover is typically replaced when the original becomes cracked, warped, or damaged, compromising the integrity of the connection bay.

Kompatybilność

This panel is compatible with Davey ProMatic ESR and ESC controller units across the range — including ESC 16, ESC 24, ESC 36, and ESC 48 variants — as well as the ProMatic MPS series. Always verify your controller model against the Davey part number M1554 before ordering. This part is listed as available while stocks last and may not be reordered once depleted.

Dlaczego oryginalność ma znaczenie

Using an original Davey part ensures a precise fit with the correct snap or fastening geometry of the ProMatic control housing, maintaining the weatherproofing of the connector bay. Third-party alternatives may not match the moulded profile or material quality of the factory panel, potentially leaving connections exposed to moisture ingress — a common cause of controller faults in outdoor installations.

Instalacja

Replacement of the connector cover panel is a straightforward procedure that can be carried out by a competent pool technician or a careful owner. Always isolate power to the chlorinator and pump before opening the controller housing. Ensure the connector cover seats flush and is fully secured before restoring power to the system.
