Zodiac – Pneumatico grande RAL9022 – R0636200

The Zodiac R0636200 is a genuine replacement large tyre (RAL9022 pearl light grey) designed specifically for Zodiac Vortex Pro robotic pool cleaners equipped with a 4WD drive system. This tyre fits the front wheel assembly and serves as a critical contact point between the robot and the pool surface. Its robust rubber construction provides the grip and traction needed for the robot to navigate pool floors, walls, and waterlines reliably and efficiently. Replacing a worn or damaged tyre with this genuine Zodiac part restores the cleaner’s original cleaning performance and drive capability.

Caratteristiche tecniche e compatibilità

This tyre is classified as the large RAL9022 variant, referring to its size category and colour designation within the Zodiac spare parts system. It is manufactured to OEM tolerances, ensuring a precise fit without modification or adaptation. The tyre is compatible with a confirmed range of Zodiac robotic cleaners including the Vortex Pro V3, V4, VX42, VX45, VX50, and VX55 models, as well as RV series units such as the RV 4460. The 4WD architecture of these robots places significant demand on tyre integrity — any degradation in grip directly reduces the robot’s ability to climb walls or maintain consistent surface contact. Using a genuine Zodiac replacement tyre ensures the drive system operates within its designed parameters and avoids premature wear of related mechanical components such as axles and drive shafts.

Idoneità e contesto di acquisto

This spare part is intended for owners of compatible Zodiac Vortex Pro robotic cleaners who are carrying out maintenance or repair on their unit. It is suitable for both in-ground pools across a range of sizes and surface types, reflecting the broad pool compatibility of the parent robot models. If your cleaner is losing traction, struggling to climb walls, or showing visible tyre wear or cracking, replacing the tyre with this genuine Zodiac part is the recommended first step before investigating more complex mechanical faults. As an OEM component, it is the safest choice for preserving the cleaner’s warranty where applicable and ensuring long-term reliable operation.
