With a peak heating capacity of 35.5 kW at A27/W27 and a peak COP of 12.2 under those same conditions, the Norsup P 35TV/32 is engineered for large residential and commercial pools between 105 and 185 m³. Running on three-phase 400 V at up to 14.4 A, it pairs a Mitsubishi rotary inverter compressor with R32 refrigerant and a nominal water flow rate of 14.6 m³/h to deliver stable, efficient heating across the full season. Even at the more demanding A15/W25 condition, the COP remains between 4.1 and 6.8, maintaining worthwhile efficiency well into the shoulder months.

Full inverter technology continuously modulates compressor output rather than cycling on and off, so the unit tracks heat demand precisely and avoids the energy spikes of on/off heat pumps. The R32 refrigerant carries a significantly lower global warming potential than the older R410A, making this a more environmentally responsible choice for large installations. An automatic defrost function and an all-season operating profile keep the unit running reliably across a wide range of ambient temperatures.

The ABS cabinet is weatherproof and colour-matched in black, while the vertical top-discharge airflow arrangement suits plantroom installations where side-clearance space is limited. Soft-start circuitry prevents voltage peaks on the three-phase supply at start-up.

Built-in Wi-Fi and 4G connectivity allow remote monitoring and scheduling via smartphone, so temperature set-points and operating modes can be adjusted without a site visit. SmartGrid capability means the unit can respond to external signals from a building energy management system or dynamic tariff, automatically shifting load to periods of lower-cost electricity. A full-colour touchscreen on the unit itself provides direct local control and status information.
