Zodiac – Motor cassette CyclonX – R0632301

The Zodiac R0632301 is a genuine replacement motor cassette designed specifically for the CyclonX range of robotic pool cleaners. This self-contained cassette unit houses the drive motor assembly and is a direct factory replacement part, ensuring your CyclonX robot operates exactly as intended after a motor-related failure. As a complete cassette module, it simplifies the repair process by allowing technicians and experienced pool equipment owners to swap the entire motor unit without needing to disassemble individual internal components.

The motor cassette integrates directly into the CyclonX robot chassis and is responsible for powering the internal drive mechanism that propels the robot across pool surfaces. Because it is sold as a complete cassette rather than individual components, it reduces diagnostic complexity — if the robot has stopped moving or shows motor faults, replacing the cassette is the standard recommended repair path. The RAL9022 colour designation (pearl light grey) matches the original CyclonX housing aesthetic, ensuring a visually consistent repair. This cassette is also referenced as compatible with cassette housings R0715400, R0715401, R0632303, and R0632300, making it a versatile repair component across multiple CyclonX build configurations.

Kompatibilitás és telepítési környezet

This motor cassette is engineered for use within the Zodiac CyclonX robotic pool cleaner range. The CyclonX series is a mid-to-high performance automatic pool robot intended for in-ground pools of varied shapes and surface types, including liner, tiled, and concrete pools. The cassette design means installation requires opening the robot body and accessing the internal cassette bay — this is typically a straightforward procedure for qualified pool technicians or experienced users familiar with Zodiac robotic cleaner servicing.

Given that this is a manufacturer-sourced spare part, it carries the full Zodiac quality assurance applicable to OEM components. It is not a third-party or aftermarket alternative, which means dimensional tolerances, electrical characteristics, and mechanical interface points are all matched to the original specification. This is particularly important for motor components, where aftermarket alternatives can introduce vibration, reduced torque, or premature wear.

Buying guidance and suitability

The R0632301 motor cassette is the correct choice when your Zodiac CyclonX robot has lost drive function, shows abnormal motor behaviour, or has been diagnosed with a failed internal motor unit. It is suitable for pool owners and service professionals who carry out their own Zodiac robot servicing. Before ordering, confirm your robot model is part of the CyclonX range and that your existing cassette housing matches one of the compatible references (R0715400, R0715401, R0632303, or R0632300). Please note that lead times for this part may extend to 8–10 weeks depending on stock availability, so plan servicing accordingly.
