The NorsupOne is a fully integrated smart pool controller — combining real-time monitoring of pH, ORP, chlorine, and water temperature with remote control of every major pool system through a single app. Designed exclusively for swimming pools and spas, it brings heating, filtration, water treatment, lighting, and cover operation under one roof, accessible from anywhere in the world via iOS or Android.

Automation & remote control

With the NorsupOne app, pool owners and installers can set heating schedules and temperature targets, trigger filter backwash, adjust dosing setpoints for pH and chlorine, and control RGB lighting scenes — all remotely. Up to six auxiliary relay outputs allow flexible connection of additional equipment such as heat pumps, salt chlorinators, UV lamps, and dosing pumps. Push notifications alert both the owner and the installer simultaneously if any parameter drifts out of range or a fault occurs.

Water quality & treatment management

The controller monitors pH, redox (ORP), and salt levels in real time and supports auto-dosing to keep water balanced without manual testing. An activity logbook records every change with a timestamp, and the system flags when a component is approaching end of service life — enabling proactive, condition-based maintenance rather than routine replacements.

Installer & multi-pool support

NorsupOne is available exclusively through trained Norsup dealers, ensuring professional commissioning and ongoing support. Installers can monitor and manage multiple pools from a single account, making it equally suited to residential owners and professional pool managers overseeing a portfolio of sites.
