Davey - H Roller Rotor Assembly for ProMatic ESC-pH Dosing Pump - M5087

Davey – H Roller Rotor Assembly for ProMatic ESC-pH Dosing Pump (M5087)

The M5087 is a genuine Davey replacement rotor (roller head) for the regulated chemical dosing pump integrated into the ProMatic ESC-pH salt water pool system. The roller head is the core moving component of the peristaltic dosing pump: its rollers compress the pump tubing in sequence to push pH-correction fluid precisely and consistently into the pool circuit. It is typically replaced when the rollers show visible wear, the pump loses dosing accuracy, or output becomes irregular.

Kompatibilitás

This part is designed for the Davey ProMatic ESC-pH system — the combined salt chlorinator and automatic pH controller that spans the MPS, ESR, and ESC product lines with integrated pH dosing. Always verify your ProMatic model and pump variant against Davey part M5087 before ordering. This part is listed as available while stock lasts, meaning it is a limited-availability spare for an established product range.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

The roller assembly must deliver exact, repeatable compression on the dosing tube to maintain accurate chemical metering. An off-spec rotor can cause under- or over-dosing of pH chemicals, leading to water imbalance and potential damage to the electrolysis cell. Using a genuine Davey part ensures the roller geometry and material hardness match the original specification, protecting both the pump and your pool water chemistry.

Telepítés

Replacement of the roller head requires isolating the ProMatic system from power before disassembly. The dosing pump module should be accessed following the ProMatic ESC-pH installation manual. Due to the involvement of pool acid or pH-correction chemicals, installation is recommended to be carried out by a qualified pool technician wearing appropriate PPE.
