Norsup
Norsup pool equipment and spare parts
Norsup covers most of what a private or semi-public pool needs after the shell is in the ground: filtration, water treatment, dosing, underwater lighting, cleaning tools and robotic cleaners. Because the components are sold as a system, parts tend to be interchangeable across a plant room — the same 2" glue sockets, the same 1½" light fittings, the same peristaltic pump bodies. Here you will find the units themselves alongside the consumables and accessories that need replacing over the life of the pool.
Water treatment, dosing and AOP
Water treatment in the range is built up in modules. The NorsupOne kits combine pH control with either salt electrolysis or liquid chlorine dosing, so the same controller platform can be specified for a salt pool or for a pool running on hypochlorite. Alongside these sit the UV and ozone disinfection units of the AOP 75 type, which combine advanced oxidation with conventional dosing to reduce the load on chemicals.
- NorsupOne pH + electrolysis — modular control for salt-chlorinated pools.
- NorsupOne pH + chlorine dosing — modular control where liquid chlorine is dosed.
- AOP 75 disinfection unit — 63 mm glue socket by 2" female thread, rated 2.5 bar.
- Lamp AOP 75, 75 W — the replacement lamp for that unit; UV output falls over time, so the lamp is a planned consumable rather than a breakdown part.
- Peristaltic pumps and pump kits — 1 rpm and 10 rpm versions at 1.5 bar, in black.
The choice between a 1 rpm and a 10 rpm peristaltic pump comes down to dosing volume: the slower unit suits small pools and fine pH correction, the faster unit suits larger volumes or chlorine dosing. Kits include the mounting and injection parts, while the bare pump is the usual choice when an existing installation is being replaced like for like. Peristaltic tubing is the wearing element in any such pump — it hardens and eventually splits — so it is worth checking the tube condition each season.
Deepbed Pro filters
The Deepbed Pro filters are moulded in fibreglass-reinforced polyester with 2" glue sockets, finished in grey, and are offered in Pro 650, Pro 800 and Pro 950 versions. The figure in the name indicates the tank size, so a Pro 650 serves a smaller circulation flow than a Pro 950. A deep filter bed allows a taller sand column, which generally gives finer filtration for a given footprint.
When ordering filter parts, note the model from the tank label first, then identify the component by its position on the exploded view: lid and lid clamp, sight glass, multiport or side-mount valve, valve gasket or spider seal, internal laterals and standpipe, drain plug and tank O-ring. Seals are best confirmed by measuring the old part — inner diameter and cord thickness — rather than by eye, as several sizes look alike once they are compressed and discoloured.
Lighting, cleaning and accessories
Underwater lighting is represented by the Veluna LED lamps: dimmable, 25 W, 12 V AC, with a 1½" fitting, in warm white and in RGB. The 1½" thread makes them a straightforward swap into many existing niches, and the ground connection in the range is the part used to bond metalwork during installation. For manual maintenance there is a 46 cm wall brush, a leaf skimmer and the Trivac vacuum head, all of which take a standard telescopic pole.
Automatic cleaning is handled by the Aquaracer robot pool cleaner, with a solar charging module available for it. Robot cleaners are usually serviced rather than replaced: brushes, tracks or wheels, filter cartridges or bags and the power supply are the parts that wear, and identifying the model exactly is the key step before ordering any of them.
Choosing and identifying the right part
- Read the label — tank and unit labels give the type name, such as Pro 800 or AOP 75, which is what determines fit.
- Match the connection — 2" glue socket, 63 mm, 2" female thread or 1½" light fitting; note which one your installation uses.
- Measure seals — note the diameters and thickness of an old gasket before replacing it.
- Check electrical data — 12 V AC lighting needs a matching transformer; do not mix voltages.
- Utilisez la vue éclatée — position numbers remove any doubt about which internal part is meant.
Norsup at PoolParthub.com
Here we list the Norsup range as it is used in practice: Deepbed Pro filters, NorsupOne water treatment kits, peristaltic dosing pumps, the AOP 75 UV and ozone unit with its 75 W lamp, Veluna LED lighting, the Aquaracer robot cleaner with its solar charging module, and the hand tools that go with them.
The aim is to keep the service items alongside the equipment, so a lamp, a seal or a brush can be found without having to trace the original supplier. If you are unsure which version you have, the type name on the unit and a photograph of the part are normally enough to narrow it down.
