HI7006014P is a general purpose cleaning solution for pH and ORP electrodes used in pool water treatment, supplied as 25 single-use sachets of 20 ml. It removes everyday deposits, films and residues from the glass bulb and junction so the sensor responds correctly. The solution belongs to the Hanna Instruments Pool Line range of electrode maintenance and calibration fluids.

Para qué sirve

Suitable for standard pH and ORP/redox electrodes used with Hanna Instruments Pool Line meters, controllers and dosing systems. It is a general purpose formulation intended for routine dirt, dust and light organic films rather than specific contaminants such as protein, oil or scale. Electrodes from other manufacturers with glass measuring bulbs can generally be cleaned with it as well.

Cómo utilizarlo

Open one 20 ml sachet and immerse the electrode tip in the solution for the soak time recommended in the probe manual, typically several minutes. Rinse the sensor thoroughly with clean water afterwards, then rehydrate it in storage solution before calibrating. Always calibrate the probe after cleaning, as the response can shift once deposits are removed.

Vida útil

Each sachet is single use and should be discarded after cleaning, as the solution loads up with removed residue. Keep unopened sachets sealed, cool and out of direct sunlight, and observe the expiry date printed on the packaging. In a commercial pool plant a cleaning cycle every few weeks is common, so a box of 25 covers roughly a season on a single measuring line.
