Davey – Impeller Assembly SLL400E New Generation (with Screw) 2.4 hp

This is the genuine Davey replacement impeller assembly (part number 33003) designed for the Davey Silensor SLL400(E)-1 and SLL4003F pool pumps. It is the new-generation style, supplied complete with its retaining screw, and is the correct part for pumps built from 2017 onwards (model suffix -1). The impeller is the heart of the pump’s hydraulic end, drawing water in and propelling it through your pool’s filtration circuit at full rated flow.

Kompatibilität

This assembly fits the Davey Silensor SLL400E-1 (2.4 hp single-phase, CE European variant) and the SLL4003F. It is the new-generation impeller, identifiable by its flat face, as opposed to the earlier -0 generation which has a hexagonal recess. Important: if you are servicing an older -0 model and replacing the rotor, end shield, or motor jacket, Davey recommends upgrading to this new-style impeller at the same time to ensure correct fitment and performance. It does not fit the smaller SLL150E, SLL200E, or SLL300E models.

Installation

Removing and replacing the impeller requires the Davey Silensor service spanners (part numbers 13810SP and 13810-1SP) to safely remove the casing nuts. This is a workshop-level service task and should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or Davey-authorised service centre. Always isolate the pump from mains power before beginning any disassembly.
