Zodiac – Tapa superior gris Vortex sèrie OV – R0637700

The Zodiac R0637700 is an official replacement top cover designed specifically for the Zodiac Vortex OV series robotic pool cleaners, including the OV3300, OV3400, and OV3500 models. Finished in grey and configured for front-wheel drive units, this top cover forms the upper protective shell of the robot body, shielding internal components from pool water, debris, and UV exposure during operation. Replacing a cracked, faded, or damaged top cover restores both the structural integrity and the visual appearance of your Zodiac Vortex cleaner without requiring the purchase of an entirely new unit.

Compatibilitat i detalls tècnics

This top cover is an OEM (original equipment manufacturer) replacement part, meaning it is manufactured to the exact specifications of the original component fitted to Zodiac Vortex OV series robots at the factory. The grey colouring and front-drive configuration are integral design features that distinguish it from other Vortex cover variants. The cover is engineered to align precisely with the robot chassis, ensuring a secure fit that maintains the sealed enclosure necessary for safe and efficient underwater operation. No modification or adaptation is required during installation — the part clips or fastens directly into the existing body frame of compatible Vortex OV models.

Adecuació i context de compra

This replacement top cover is intended for owners of Zodiac Vortex OV3300, OV3400, or OV3500 robotic pool cleaners who need to restore their unit following physical damage, discolouration, or wear to the outer casing. It is particularly relevant when the cover has become cracked from poolside impact, brittle from prolonged UV exposure, or visually degraded. Because this is a genuine Zodiac spare part, it ensures full compatibility and maintains the original performance and safety characteristics of the cleaner. It is suitable for both residential and light commercial pool environments where Vortex OV series cleaners are in use. If you are unsure whether your specific model uses front-drive or rear-drive configuration, verify your cleaner’s model number before ordering, as cover variants differ.
