Fluidra – Mechanical Seal for Baracuda AquantisMax 25M Pump

This is the genuine Fluidra replacement mechanical seal for the Baracuda AquantisMax 25M swimming pool pump. The mechanical seal sits between the wet end and the motor, preventing water from migrating along the impeller shaft and causing motor damage. Replacing a worn or leaking seal at the first sign of dripping is the most cost-effective way to restore a pump to full working order.

Compatibilitat

This mechanical seal is designed and sourced specifically for the Baracuda AquantisMax 25M pump — a self-priming, high-performance pool circulation pump manufactured by Fluidra. Always verify your pump model before ordering; this seal is not a universal part and is intended solely for the AquantisMax 25M variant.

Per què l'autenticitat importa

Genuine Fluidra parts are manufactured to the exact tolerances of the original pump assembly, ensuring a leak-free fit and long service life. Aftermarket seals may differ in face material, spring tension, or seat diameter, leading to premature failure or voided pump warranties. Choosing an OEM seal protects your investment and maintains the integrity of the pump’s hydraulic chamber.

Instal·lació

Mechanical seal replacement requires disassembly of the pump’s wet end, including removal of the impeller and diffuser. It is recommended that a qualified pool technician carry out this work to ensure correct seating, shaft alignment, and re-assembly torque. Always isolate the pump from the power supply and depressurise the system before starting any service work.
