Zodiac – Front wheel rim light blue – R0636002

The Zodiac R0636002 is a genuine OEM replacement front wheel rim in light blue, designed specifically for Zodiac robotic pool cleaners. The wheel rim forms a critical part of the drive and steering assembly on the cleaner, housing the tyre and ensuring smooth, consistent contact with pool surfaces. Over time, rims can become cracked, warped, or worn through regular use, and replacing them with an authentic Zodiac part guarantees the same fit, performance, and durability as the original component. This light blue rim is colour-coded to match the original equipment specification and is recommended in a quantity of two for a complete front axle replacement.

Detalii tehnice și compatibilitate

The R0636002 front wheel rim is manufactured to Zodiac’s original specifications and is confirmed compatible with the Zodiac Vortex OV 3510, Vortex 4+ (VortexTM 4+), and the Evolution Evo3 and V3+ robotic pool cleaner models. The light blue colour (referenced as PMS 2915 in the Zodiac parts catalogue) is the standard factory colour for the front rim on these models. Because the rim directly influences the traction and movement pattern of the cleaner, using a genuine replacement ensures that the robot continues to navigate pool walls and floors effectively without slipping or veering off course. The recommended replacement quantity is two units per complete front axle service.

Recomandări privind alegerea și achiziționarea

This spare part is intended for owners of Zodiac Vortex and Evolution series robotic pool cleaners who need to restore the front wheel assembly to full working order. It is suitable for both residential in-ground pool installations and any pool environment where these Zodiac robots are deployed. If your cleaner is showing signs of reduced manoeuvrability, uneven movement, or visible damage to the front rims, replacing both rims simultaneously is strongly recommended to maintain balanced performance. Always verify your specific model number before ordering to ensure compatibility.
