The Itap Europa 100 is a compact, spring-loaded non-return (check) valve machined from dezincification-resistant brass. Its in-line design allows direct installation in any horizontal or vertical pipeline without orientation restrictions, making it a reliable backflow-prevention solution for pool circulation systems, irrigation mains, booster pump outlets, and greenhouse water networks. Flow direction is permanently cast into the body so there is no risk of incorrect installation on site.

A stainless steel 304 spring keeps the NBR poppet firmly seated at zero or low differential pressure, delivering a low cracking pressure and a positive, drip-free seal up to 25 bar working pressure. The wide temperature window of −20 °C to +110 °C means the valve handles cold irrigation water in winter as well as hot-water circuits in plant-room applications without seal degradation. At just 74.5 mm overall length and 48 mm face-to-face, it fits into tight manifold assemblies and valve pits where space is at a premium.

Compatibilitate

Designed for direct threaded connection to any 1″ BSP female-threaded pipework in brass, copper, stainless steel, or compatible plastic fittings. Suitable for use with cold and warm water, pool water (including chlorinated), general irrigation fluids, and light heating circuits within the stated pressure and temperature limits. Not suitable for aggressive chemicals, steam, or media incompatible with brass or NBR. Verify local water-quality requirements before installation in potable-water systems.
