The BL932700-1 is a panel-mounted ORP mini-controller from Hanna Instruments, used to monitor and regulate the oxidation-reduction potential of pool and process water. It belongs to the BL930/BL932 family of compact dosing controllers and drives an external dosing pump or solenoid via its control output. The unit runs on a dual 115/230 V supply and works with a standard ORP electrode connected to its input.

Designed as a panel-mount instrument for control cabinets and dosing skids in commercial pool water treatment. It accepts a standard ORP (redox) electrode with a BNC-type connection and outputs a control signal to a chemical dosing pump or solenoid valve. The 115/230 V input makes it suitable for both EU and export installations.

Poziția de instalare

The controller mounts into a cut-out in the front panel of a dosing cabinet, with the electronics sitting behind the panel and the display and setpoint controls facing the operator. Mains wiring, electrode input and pump output are terminated at the rear. Always isolate the panel supply before wiring and confirm the voltage selection matches the local mains before powering up.

Durata de viață

The controller itself is a long-life electronic device and normally outlasts the sensors connected to it. In practice the ORP electrode is the consumable and is replaced far more often than the instrument. Replace the controller if the display, relay output or setpoint adjustment becomes unreliable, or after water ingress or a mains surge event.
