The BL100-421 is a pre-drilled mounting panel designed to carry Hanna Instruments BL10x and HI98141x series dosing controllers together with their associated fittings. It provides a single flat backplate that can be fixed to a plant-room wall, keeping the controller, injection and sampling hardware in one organised assembly. It belongs to the Hanna Instruments chemical dosing and pool water treatment accessory range.

The panel is dimensioned for the Hanna Instruments BL10x controller family and the HI98141x series units. It accepts the controller body plus the usual supporting components such as the pump head, tubing routing and probe holder positions. Check your exact controller model reference against the BL100-421 designation before ordering, as other Hanna panels exist for different series.

Poziția de instalare

Fix the panel to a solid, dry vertical surface in the plant room, at a height that keeps the controller display at eye level and the suction and injection lines short. The controller and dosing hardware are then bolted to the panel rather than directly to the wall, which simplifies alignment and future servicing. Leave clearance below the panel for the chemical container and tubing runs.

Durata de viață

As a passive structural item the panel has no wear parts and normally lasts the life of the installation. Replace it only if it becomes corroded, cracked or if mounting holes have been damaged during repeated equipment changes. Inspect the fixings during routine servicing, especially in humid or chemically loaded plant rooms.

The BL100-421 is supplied as a panel only and is sold individually, not as a complete dosing kit. Controllers, pumps, probes, tubing and injection fittings must be ordered separately. Wall fixings suitable for your building substrate are not included.
