The BL931700-1 is a compact panel-mount pH controller from the Hanna Instruments BL931700 mini controller series, used to monitor and regulate pH in commercial pool and water-treatment installations. It measures pH from a connected electrode, drives dosing equipment on setpoint and provides an analogue output signal for logging or transmission to a building or plant control system. It is supplied for 115/220 V mains operation.

Poziția de instalare

The controller is designed for panel mounting, so it is cut into the front plate of a dosing cabinet or control panel rather than wall-mounted separately. The pH electrode is installed in the sample line or measuring chamber downstream of the filter and connected back to the controller. Mains wiring is arranged for 115 V or 220 V supply according to the installation; connection work should be carried out by a qualified electrician.

The controller itself is a long-life electronic instrument and normally outlasts the wear parts in the dosing loop. Measurement accuracy depends far more on the condition of the pH electrode, which ages and needs periodic calibration and eventual replacement. Replace the controller only if the display, relay switching or analogue output no longer performs correctly.
