At 280 mm internal diameter, this is a large-bore 90° elbow designed for high-volume pipework runs in commercial pool plant rooms, water treatment installations, and industrial fluid systems. Rated to 10 bar and manufactured in unplasticised PVC (PVC-U), it accepts solvent-cement bonding on both sockets, with each leg measuring 357 mm centre-to-back. Connection geometry conforms to EN-ISO 1452-3, ensuring dimensional compatibility with standard metric PVC-U pressure pipe of the same diameter.

Vessel Construction & Material

PVC-U is inherently resistant to chlorinated water, most acids, and a broad range of industrial chemicals, making it well suited to pool plant pipework where aggressive dosing chemicals are present. The material is lightweight relative to its bore size, easing handling during installation, and it will not corrode or scale internally over time.
