The BL120-206P is a set of five replacement O-rings for the BL120-201 injection valve used with Hanna Instruments BL120 series dosing pumps. These seals sit inside the injector assembly and keep the connection between the pump discharge tubing and the process line leak-tight. They are consumable parts intended for routine maintenance of the chemical dosing circuit.

What it fits

Designed specifically for the BL120-201 injection valve fitted to Hanna Instruments BL120 series peristaltic dosing pumps. The O-rings match the original seal dimensions of that injector body, so no adaptation is needed. They are not a universal seal kit and should not be substituted into other injector models.

Where it sits

The injection valve is installed at the point where dosing chemical enters the pool circulation pipework, normally downstream of the filter and any heater. The O-rings seal the joint between the injector body, the union nut and the discharge tubing. Depressurise and drain the line before opening the injector, then seat the new O-ring cleanly in its groove without twisting.

Service life

Elastomer seals harden and shrink over time under exposure to concentrated chlorine or pH-correcting chemicals. Replace whenever you see weeping around the injector union, a loss of injection pressure, or during scheduled injector cleaning. Many operators change them at every descaling interval as a preventive measure.

Ordering notes

Supplied as a pack of five O-rings only; the injection valve body, spring and check ball are not included. If the injector itself is cracked or scaled beyond cleaning, order the complete BL120-201 assembly instead. Keeping a spare pack on the shelf avoids downtime on the dosing line.
