The HI763063 is a replacement conductivity and TDS electrode fitted with a Quick DIN connector for Hanna Instruments HI99300 and HI99301 portable meters. It measures electrical conductivity and total dissolved solids in pool and process water, and includes an integrated temperature sensor for automatic compensation. It belongs to the Hanna Instruments range of field probes used for routine water-quality checks on commercial pool installations.

Compatibility

Designed specifically for the Hanna Instruments HI99300 and HI99301 portable EC/TDS meters. The Quick DIN connector matches the socket on these instruments, so no adapter or rewiring is needed. It is not intended for meters that use a different connector standard or a fixed-cable probe.

Installation

Push the Quick DIN plug into the meter socket and lock it in place; the meter recognises the probe once connected. Rinse the electrode with clean water before and after each measurement and immerse the sensor section fully so the temperature sensor is also submerged. Calibrate the meter with a fresh conductivity standard after fitting a new electrode.

Service life

Electrode life depends on water chemistry, frequency of use and cleaning routine. Replace the probe when readings drift, respond slowly, or the meter can no longer be calibrated with a valid standard solution. Visible scaling, corrosion of the sensor pins or a damaged cable are also reasons for replacement.

Supplied as a single electrode with cable and connector; calibration solutions, cleaning solution and the meter itself are ordered separately. Check the model number on your instrument before ordering, as other Hanna EC/TDS meters use different probe references.
