Davey - StarFlo Pump Filter Basket - 403130SP

Davey – StarFlo Pump Filter Basket (403130SP)

The 403130SP is the genuine replacement filter basket for Davey StarFlo pool pumps. Seated inside the pump’s pre-filter housing, this basket captures leaves, hair, and debris before they can reach the impeller, protecting the pump’s internal components and maintaining efficient water flow. It is a direct OEM part supplied by Davey Water Products.

Compatibility

This filter basket is designed for the Davey StarFlo DSF-series pool pumps, including the single-phase DSF150(CE), DSF200(CE), DSF250(CE), DSF300(CE), and DSF420(CE) models, as well as the three-phase DSF3003FCE and DSF4203FCE variants. CE-suffix models are the European-specification pumps sold across Europe. One basket is required per pump. Note that the basket o-ring (403131SP), cover (403132SP), and locking ring (403133SP) are separate items and not included.

When to Replace

The basket should be inspected at every routine clean and replaced when cracks, splits, or significant deformation are visible. A damaged or missing basket allows debris to bypass the pre-filter and enter the impeller, which can cause blockages, reduced flow, or costly impeller damage. Replacing the basket promptly restores full pre-filtration protection.

Why Genuine Matters

As an authentic Davey OEM spare part, the 403130SP is manufactured to exact dimensional tolerances for a perfect fit within the StarFlo pump casing. Genuine parts ensure correct sealing against the housing, maintain the pump’s warranty compliance, and deliver the long service life expected from Davey Water Products equipment.
