This is the genuine Sta-Rite replacement locking ring (cam clamp) for the strainer pot lid on IntelliFlo, WhisperFlo, and S5P5R series pool pumps. It secures the strainer lid firmly against the pump body, maintaining a pressure-tight seal around the strainer basket and preventing leaks during operation. If your existing ring is cracked, warped, or no longer holding the lid securely, this OEM part restores the pump to factory specification.

Instalacja

Switch off and isolate the pump before servicing. Release any residual pressure, then rotate the old locking ring counter-clockwise to remove it. Seat the strainer lid (with O-ring in place) and thread the new locking ring clockwise until the handles are horizontal and the lid is firmly locked. No special tools are required; inspect the lid O-ring at the same time and replace it if worn.
