Hanna Instruments Pool Line general purpose cleaning solution, 500 ml bottle (HI70614L)

HI70614L is a general purpose cleaning solution supplied in a 500 ml bottle, used to remove deposits and contamination from pH, ORP and other electrodes in the Hanna Instruments Pool Line range. Regular cleaning restores the sensing surface so the electrode can respond correctly during calibration and measurement. It is a consumable maintenance chemical rather than a spare part.

Waarvoor het geschikt is

The solution is intended for general cleaning of Hanna Instruments pH and ORP electrodes used in pool and spa water testing, including probes fitted to Pool Line meters and controllers. It suits routine soiling such as water deposits, films and general handling residue. For heavier fouling from oils, proteins or scale, a dedicated specialist cleaning solution should be used instead.

Gebruiksaanwijzing

Remove the electrode from the process or holder, rinse it with clean water, then immerse the sensing tip in the cleaning solution for the soak time recommended in the electrode manual. Rinse thoroughly with water afterwards and re-condition the electrode in storage solution before recalibrating. Never dilute the solution or return used liquid to the bottle.

Levensduur

The 500 ml bottle covers many cleaning cycles depending on how much solution is decanted per soak. Discard the working portion after each use, as it becomes loaded with the contamination removed from the probe. Keep the bottle tightly closed and stored cool and dry, and observe the expiry date printed on the label.

Opmerkingen bij het bestellen

Supplied as a single 500 ml bottle; storage solution and calibration buffers are ordered separately. Cleaning should always be followed by recalibration with fresh buffer solutions to keep readings accurate. Check the electrode manual to confirm that a general purpose cleaner is the correct choice for your application.
