The BL120-402 is a 10 metre length of replacement inlet and outlet tubing used to connect a Hanna Instruments flow cell to the pool circulation loop. It belongs to the accessory range for the BL1xx series and HI5x0 series controllers and dosing systems, where sample water is drawn from the circuit, passed over the probes in the flow cell and returned to the line. Supplied as a single continuous roll so it can be cut to the lengths your installation requires.

Waarvoor het geschikt is

Designed for the flow cells used with Hanna Instruments BL1xx series and HI5x0 series pool controllers and dosing pumps. It replaces the original sample line on both the inlet (feed) and outlet (return) side of the flow cell. Always check the outside diameter of your existing tubing and the fitting size on your flow cell before ordering.

Waar het zich bevindt

One length runs from the tapping point on the circulation pipework, downstream of the filter, into the inlet of the flow cell. A second length carries the sample water from the flow cell outlet back to a low-pressure return point in the same loop. Cut the tube square, push it fully into the compression or push-in fitting and tighten by hand, avoiding sharp bends that restrict flow past the electrodes.

Wanneer vervangen?

Sample tubing gradually hardens, discolours and can develop biofilm or scale on the inner wall, all of which slow the sample flow and delay probe response. Replace the tubing whenever it becomes brittle, kinked, leaks at a fitting, or during a full probe and flow cell service. Inspect it at each routine maintenance visit.

Opmerkingen bij het bestellen

Supplied as a 10 metre roll of tubing only; fittings, nuts, ferrules, filters and the flow cell itself are not included. One roll normally covers several installations or gives spare length for future service work. Order separate connectors or a replacement flow cell if those parts are also worn.
