Fluidra - Filterdeksel voor Volcano-zandfilters Ø1050–Ø2000

Fluidra – Filter Lid Unit for Volcano Sand Filters Ø1050–Ø2000

This is the genuine Fluidra replacement filter lid unit for the Volcano commercial sand filter series, covering tank diameters from Ø1050 mm up to Ø2000 mm. The lid provides the primary bolted closure at the top of the filter tank, maintaining a pressure-rated seal during filtration, backwash, and rinse cycles. It is sold as the lid body unit only — the sealing gasket is available separately (see part 4404260208 for the lid with gasket).

Compatibiliteit

This lid unit is designed specifically for the Fluidra Volcano Filter range with tank diameters from Ø1050 mm to Ø2000 mm (models 28123–28459). Always verify your filter’s tank diameter and model number against your equipment documentation before ordering, as Fluidra produces several distinct lid assemblies across its commercial filter range.

Waarom authenticiteit belangrijk is

As a genuine Fluidra OEM part, this lid is manufactured to the exact dimensional tolerances and pressure ratings of the original Volcano filter design. An aftermarket or incorrectly specified lid risks seal failure, filter downtime, and potential safety hazards on high-volume commercial installations. Choosing the genuine part protects the integrity of your filtration system and preserves any applicable warranty.

Installatie

Replacement of the filter lid on a large-diameter commercial sand filter should be carried out by a qualified pool technician. The system must be fully depressurised and isolated before the lid is removed. Ensure the mating flange face is clean and undamaged, fit a new lid gasket (sold separately), and torque the retaining bolts evenly in a cross pattern to the manufacturer’s specified value.
