Davey - EcoSalt 20 Chlorinator Transformer (Power Supply) - M1732

Davey – EcoSalt 20 Chlorinator Transformer (Power Supply) – M1732

The M1732 is a genuine Davey replacement transformer (power supply unit) for the EcoSalt 20 / Monarch BMSC20 salt chlorinator. It converts mains AC current into the regulated low-voltage DC power required to drive electrolysis in the chlorinator cell, enabling continuous chlorine production. This part is typically replaced when the unit fails to operate despite a live mains supply and intact fuse, or when the transformer shows signs of damage, overheating, or no output voltage.

Kompatibilitás

This transformer is designed specifically for the Davey EcoSalt 20 and Monarch BMSC20 salt chlorinator — the 20 g/h output variant of the BMSC series. It is not interchangeable with transformers from the EcoSalt 13 or EcoSalt 26 models, as the voltage supplied to each model differs. Always verify your chlorinator’s model label before ordering to ensure an exact match.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

Using a genuine Davey transformer ensures the correct output voltage and current are delivered to the electrolytic cell, protecting both the cell and the control electronics from damage. Aftermarket alternatives may not meet Davey’s electrical specifications, risking reduced chlorine output, premature cell wear, or complete system failure. Genuine parts also keep your Davey warranty and servicing history intact.

Telepítés

The transformer is housed within the EcoSalt power supply enclosure. All electrical disconnection and reconnection work must be carried out by a qualified, authorised electrician in accordance with local electrical regulations. After installation, verify correct LED operation and cell connectivity before returning the system to service.
