Davey – Crystal Clear Filter Body 100 sq ft

This is the genuine Davey replacement filter body (tank housing) for the Crystal Clear 100 sq ft cartridge filter — part number Q2322SP. It provides the structural core of the filtration system, housing the cartridge element and maintaining pressure integrity, and is typically replaced when the original tank is cracked, warped, or damaged beyond repair.

Kompatibilitás

This body unit is designed specifically for the Davey Crystal Clear 100 sq ft cartridge filter series, suited to small and medium-sized swimming pools, spa pools, and water features. It is compatible with systems paired to Davey PowerMaster ECO, Silensor ECO, and other variable-speed pool pumps. Always verify your existing model and Davey part number before ordering to ensure a precise fit.

Miért fontos az eredetiség?

The ABS tank construction is robust, UV-stabilised, and corrosion-resistant for a long and reliable working life. Genuine Davey parts ensure the body maintains its rated maximum flow capacity of 340 lpm and preserves the correct fitment for air bleed valves, lid seals, and plumbing unions already installed in your system. Third-party housings may not meet these tolerances and can compromise filtration performance or void any remaining warranty.

Telepítés

The Crystal Clear 100 body accommodates two inlet ports, allowing plumbing at either 90 or 180 degrees to the outlet for flexible positioning. Automatic and manual air bleed provisions are integrated into the design, and the low-profile format makes cartridge access straightforward. Professional installation is recommended to ensure correct torque on unions and safe system re-pressurisation.
