Profec – Pipe bracket steel galvanised 99-105 mm M8/M10 2-piece

Designed for pipes with an outer diameter of 99–105 mm, this Profec 2-piece bracket accepts both M8 and M10 threaded rod, giving installers the flexibility to work with whichever suspension hardware is already on site. Built to DIN 4109, it suits solar heating pipework, plumbing, and HVAC runs where secure, noise-conscious pipe support is required.

Konstruktion und Korrosionsbeständigkeit

The two-piece galvanised steel shell provides robust structural support and long-term corrosion resistance, making it suitable for both indoor plant rooms and exposed outdoor installations such as solar collector arrays. The galvanised finish protects the steel against moisture and UV degradation without the cost premium of stainless steel.

EPDM seal & acoustic performance

An integrated EPDM rubber liner cushions the pipe against the steel shell, dampening vibration and reducing structure-borne noise transmission in line with DIN 4109. EPDM is inherently resistant to ageing, ozone, and weathering, so the liner remains effective and flexible across the service life of the installation.

Mounting versatility

The combined M8/M10 female thread means the bracket can be suspended from standard threaded rod in either size — a common requirement when matching existing fixings on a mechanical services frame or solar roof support structure. The hinged safety closure of the 2-piece design allows the clamp to be fitted around an already-installed pipe without disturbing neighbouring components.
