This is the complete wheel tube roller assembly for the Maytronics Dolphin EasyKleen robotic pool cleaner, supplied as a ready-to-fit unit under the Diagnostic Basic platform. It replaces the entire roller axle structure — tube, internal insert, and bearings — that carries the brush across the pool floor and walls, and around which the drive tracks run.

The roller assembly is the central structural spindle of the Dolphin’s brush system. It supports the brush sleeve and transfers rotational drive from the motor to the cleaning brush, while simultaneously acting as the load-bearing axle that keeps the track or wheel system correctly aligned. When this assembly wears, the brush loses concentricity and the cleaner’s traction and cleaning pattern deteriorate.

You’ll notice the brush wobbling or spinning unevenly during a cleaning cycle. Excessive noise from the brush area, visible cracking or deformation of the tube, or play in the brush sleeve are all reliable indicators. In some cases the insert works loose, causing the brush to slip axially along the roller during operation — at that point the full assembly is the correct repair.

Remove the brush by releasing the end retaining clips, slide the old roller assembly out of the chassis cradles, and fit the new unit in its place. The insert is pre-fitted, so no sub-assembly is needed. Reattach the brush sleeve and clips, confirm there is no axial play, and the robot is ready to run. The job takes around 10–15 minutes with no specialist tools.
