Davey – ESC Max / ESC Plus Controller Cell Cable Assembly

This is the genuine Davey replacement cable assembly designed for the ESC Max and ESC Plus salt chlorinator controllers. It carries the low-voltage signal and power between the controller unit and the electrolytic cell, and is the part to replace when the existing cable shows signs of damage, corrosion at the connectors, or intermittent faults causing the system to lose communication with the cell.

Compatibilitat

This cable is specified by Davey for the ESC Max and ESC Plus controller models within the Chloromatic ESC series of salt water chlorination systems. If you are unsure whether this part matches your exact unit, please check your controller’s model label or contact us before ordering — ESC series cables are not universally interchangeable across all Chloromatic variants.

Per què l'autenticitat importa

A damaged or degraded cell cable is a common cause of low-output warnings, cell-not-detected errors, and unexpected shutdowns in ESC series chlorinators. Using a genuine Davey replacement ensures correct connector fit, insulation rating, and conductor sizing — keeping your chlorinator running safely at its rated output without voiding your system warranty.

Instal·lació

Replacement of the cell cable should be carried out by a qualified pool technician or competent installer, as it involves working with the chlorinator’s electrical connections. Always isolate power to the unit before disconnecting or reconnecting any cable, and verify the replacement is fully seated at both the controller and cell ends before restoring power.
