The BL120-603 is a plastic elbow fitting used with the flow cell assembly of Hanna Instruments BL10x, BL12x and BL13x series pool controllers. It connects the flow cell to the sample inlet or outlet plumbing, redirecting the water line at 90 degrees where space is limited. It is a standard wear and replacement part within the Black Stone controller family.

Compatibilitate

Designed for Hanna Instruments flow cells fitted to the BL10x, BL12x and BL13x controller series. It matches the original thread and hose connection used on these flow cell bodies, so no adapters are needed. Other Hanna controller ranges use different flow cell hardware and are not covered by this part.

Poziția de instalare

The elbow mounts directly on the flow cell inlet or outlet port and turns the sample line through 90 degrees. Use PTFE tape or the original seal on the threaded connection and tighten by hand, then only a small amount further with a tool. Over-tightening plastic fittings can crack the body or the flow cell port, so check for leaks under normal system pressure before leaving the installation.

Durata de viață

Plastic fittings in continuously dosed pool water eventually harden or craze from chlorine and pH extremes. Replace the elbow if you see hairline cracks, weeping at the thread, or if the fitting no longer seals after retightening. Inspect it whenever the flow cell or electrodes are serviced.

This item is supplied as a single elbow fitting, not as a complete flow cell or plumbing kit. If your flow cell requires elbows on both inlet and outlet, order the quantity you need. Seals, unions and the flow cell body itself are separate part numbers.
