Davey – SilensorPro SP400BT Top Casing Assembly with VSD and Bluetooth

This is a genuine Davey spare part (part number 32978): the complete top casing assembly for the SilensorPro SP400BT swimming pool pump, supplied together with the integrated Variable Speed Drive (VSD) and Bluetooth controller module. It forms the upper structural and electronic heart of the pump, housing the control interface, speed dial, Bluetooth radio, and VSD electronics in a single serviceable sub-assembly. It is typically replaced following physical damage to the casing, VSD failure, Bluetooth connectivity faults, or control-board malfunction that cannot be resolved by other means.

Compatibilitate

This assembly is designed exclusively for the Davey SilensorPro SP400BT (also marketed as the SilensorPro Premium VSD400 with Bluetooth). It is not interchangeable with the SP200BT or earlier Silensor/SilensorPro models that lack Bluetooth. Always verify your pump’s model number before ordering to ensure an exact match.

Ce conține ansamblul

The top casing encloses and protects the fully variable frequency drive, the user-selectable 10-speed dial (covering 1,050–3,100 rpm), the built-in Bluetooth module for iOS and Android app control, and the weatherproof RJ45 communication port used to connect to external pool controllers or heaters. Replacing the complete assembly restores full motor-speed control, smart connectivity, and communication functionality in one operation rather than attempting individual PCB-level repairs.

Instalare

Replacement of the top casing and VSD assembly involves accessing live motor and control wiring and should only be carried out by a qualified pool technician or Davey-authorised service agent. Ensure the pump is fully isolated from the power supply before beginning work, and refer to the official Davey SilensorPro SP400BT Installation and Operating Instructions for wiring and reassembly details.
