Davey – EcoSalt 2 Power Supply (Transformer) with Screws – DES2-15E & DES2-15EL Models

This is the genuine Davey replacement power supply (transformer) with fixing screws for the EcoSalt 2 salt pool chlorination system. It is the internal switched-mode power supply unit that converts mains voltage to the low-voltage DC required by the electrolytic cell to produce chlorine. Replacement is typically needed when the unit fails to power on, shows no chlorine output despite correct settings, or after an electrical fault or surge.

Compatibilitate

This power supply (part 33186SP) is specifically listed for the Davey EcoSalt 2 15 g/hr models: DES2-15E (standard) and DES2-15EL (low-salt variant). It is not interchangeable with the 25 g/hr or 35 g/hr power supply (33187SP). Always confirm your model number on the controller label before ordering.

De ce autenticitatea contează

The EcoSalt 2 uses a switched power supply designed to deliver precise DC output to the in-line electrolytic cell, including support for adaptive polarity reversal. Using a non-genuine or incorrectly rated replacement risks cell damage, incorrect chlorine output, or voiding your Davey warranty. This is the exact OEM part sourced directly from Davey Water Products.

Instalare

The power supply is housed inside the EcoSalt 2 controller enclosure and is secured with the included screws. Replacement requires isolating mains power before opening the enclosure. It is strongly recommended that this repair be carried out by a qualified electrician or authorised Davey service technician.
