The Pentair G-30-1908NCP Lower Pipe and Manifold is the genuine replacement lower pipe and lateral manifold assembly for Triton NEO sand filters. This assembly forms the structural backbone of the filter’s internal plumbing: the central pipe connects the manifold to the multiport valve, while the manifold arms hold the laterals in their correct radial positions and gather the filtered water flowing through them.
Critical Internal Component
A cracked manifold or lower pipe results in unfiltered water bypassing the sand bed and returning to the pool, or in sand being drawn through to the laterals and eventually out to the pool. Replacing this assembly restores full internal integrity and eliminates both problems in a single service operation.
Complete Assembly Ready to Install
The G-30-1908NCP is supplied as a complete lower pipe and manifold assembly. All manifold arms are pre-attached; the laterals (sold separately as R301904) simply push into the manifold ports. The central pipe slides into the multiport valve standpipe for a tool-free internal connection.
