The quickest approach is to work from the area of the pump that concerns you — for example, the strainer pot, the motor shell or the rear cover — locate the relevant call-out number on the diagram, then match that number to its row in the table to find the description and SKU. Bear in mind that position 7 (rotor) and position 19 (impeller) each carry multiple SKUs, because the correct part depends on both your exact model code and whether your pump has a threaded or splined shaft — the suffix -0 in your model code indicates a threaded-shaft variant, while -1 (or the 3F three-phase codes) indicates a splined-shaft variant. Similarly, positions 8 and 9 cover two different case-nut sizes, and the quantity required differs between SLS and SLL pumps, so read the description column carefully before ordering. Position 24 (lid and o-ring), position 25 (o-ring / x-ring), position 26 (strainer basket), position 27 (barrel union) and position 28 (casing front) all split into an SLS SKU and an SLL SKU — choose the row that matches your sub-family. The rear motor enclosure — positions 1, 2 and 3 — consists of the rear cover itself (SKU 13619-1SP), its sealing o-ring (SKU 400279) and the screw kit that retains it (SKU 32356); these are the parts most often disturbed during a motor inspection or bearing service. The outer cover (position 4, SKU 13622-10) and motor cover rubber (position 5, SKU 13650-10) form the acoustic and protective shrouding that gives the Silensor its low noise profile, and they should be inspected for cracking or warping if the pump develops an unusual vibration. At the heart of the motor, position 7 is the splined rotor, available in 75 mm, 83 mm and 92 mm diameters depending on model, and position 12 is the stator and shell assembly, which comes in three variants to match the SLL150E, SLL200E/300E and SLL400E respectively. The mechanical seal at position 17 (5/8″, SKU 49771SP) and its companion motor jacket o-ring at position 18 (SKU 44858) are the primary protection against water ingress into the motor cavity; a weeping seal is typically the first sign of wear in a high-hours pump. The water-jacket motor shell itself is position 16 (SKU 13443-30), and it sits between the endshield at position 10 (SKU 13437-50M) and its o-ring at position 11 (SKU 43069). On the hydraulic side, the impeller assembly at position 19 is the component most likely to need replacement after cavitation damage or foreign-object ingestion; ten separate SKUs are listed to cover every model and shaft-type combination. The diffuser at position 21 (SKU 13438) and floating neckring at position 20 (SKU 13569SP) work together to direct flow through the volute, while the front seal ring (position 13, SKU 12848SP) and its o-ring (position 14, SKU 40001) seal the hydraulic section. The strainer pot assembly — positions 22 through 26 — covers the casing o-ring, flap valve (SLS only, position 23, SKU 13621), lid with o-ring, the lid sealing ring or x-ring, and the strainer basket, all of which are routine maintenance items. Finally, the barrel union assemblies at position 27 handle the plumbing connections: 50 mm unions suit the smaller SLS100E, SLS150E and SLL150E/200E models, while the larger SLL300E and SLL400E variants require the 63 mm assembly.

Choosing between variants and pack sizes

The most consequential choice on this diagram is the shaft interface at positions 7 and 19: threaded-shaft impellers (position 19, SKUs 32360–32364) are only compatible with threaded-shaft rotors and -0 model codes, while splined-shaft impellers (SKUs 32999–33003) pair exclusively with splined rotors and -1 or 3F model codes — mixing the two types will result in the impeller not seating correctly. For the case nuts at positions 8 and 9, note that the large nut (SKU 13441-2) is a single-piece item and the quantity required differs by sub-family: SLS pumps use one large nut and two small, whereas SLL pumps use two large and one small, so order accordingly rather than relying solely on the SKU. The barrel union assemblies at position 27 are sold as complete kits containing the nut, tail and o-ring, and the 50 mm and 63 mm versions are not interchangeable — fitting the wrong diameter will affect both flow performance and the integrity of the plumb joint. Where two lid-seal options appear at position 25, note that the SLS variant is an o-ring (SKU 43066SP) and the SLL variant is an x-ring (SKU 403187SP); although they may appear visually similar, the cross-sectional profile differs and substituting one for the other will result in a poor seal on the lid.
