of 20 g/h, smart wifi control and an intuitive touchscreen, it keeps big pools clean and crystal clear with minimal daily attention.
High output salt chlorination for large pools
This Neolyser version is sized for pools up to 90 m³, making it ideal for generous family pools with deep ends, integrated spas or
counter current systems. It works with a low salt concentration between approximately 2.7 and 4.5 g/l, continuously converting dissolved
salt into free chlorine by electrolysis and then back into salt after disinfection. This closed cycle reduces the need to handle
traditional chlorine products and helps maintain comfortable, odour limited pool water.
The control unit constantly monitors operating conditions and stops production automatically in case of insufficient flow or abnormal
salt level. This protects the titanium cell and ensures safe, stable operation throughout the swimming season.
Rotatable touchscreen and smart app control

steps. This adjustable screen makes the interface easy to read in tight technical rooms, whether the unit is mounted high, low or
sideways on the wall. The menu gives direct access to production percentage, operating modes and boost functions for intensive use.
Built in wifi and cloud connectivity link the chlorinator to the Poolex app, so you can:

- View historical graphs of energy use, salt level, water temperature and, if installed, orp.

Self cleaning titanium cell with long service life
At the heart of the Poolex Neolyser CL-NEO-90 is a bipolar titanium cell designed for an average service life of up to 10,000 operating
hours. To limit limescale deposits and preserve performance, the controller performs automatic polarity reversal at adjustable intervals
of 4, 8 or 12 hours. This self cleaning function is particularly useful in hard water areas and reduces the need for manual acid cleaning
of the cell.
The electronics and hydraulic parts are housed in a compact body made from expanded polyethylene foam, which provides impact protection
and basic thermal insulation while keeping the unit light and easy to install. The system is designed to operate in technical rooms
where ambient temperatures can be relatively high, with maximum rated ambient temperature up to 55 °c.
Advanced synchronisation and orp ready control

normally found on larger systems. A dual dry contact allows the device to:
- Adjust chlorine production automatically depending on whether the pool cover is open or closed.
- Control a filtration pump relay so production is synchronised with water circulation.
An integrated flow detector checks that water circulation is sufficient before starting electrolysis, while a water temperature sensor
adapts operation to seasonal conditions and protects the cell. For fully automatic regulation, the Neolyser is prepared for an optional
orp probe that adjusts chlorine production based on measured redox potential rather than a fixed percentage setting.
Easy installation and supplied accessories
The Poolex Neolyser CL-NEO-90 is designed for straightforward installation on both new and existing pools. The cell connects to the
return line using 50 mm solvent weld unions and can be adapted to flexible hoses with the supplied 38/32 mm fittings. The package
includes the main accessories required for normal residential use:
- Electrolysis cell with 50 mm connection fittings and adapters for smaller hoses.
- Pool earthing kit with clamp for safe bonding to the grounding system.
- Cleaning cap for chemical cleaning of the cell when necessary.
- Winterising tube to protect the hydraulic part during the off season.
