The R350108 is the genuine OEM STA-RITE gasket that seals the speed drive (controller) housing on IntelliFlo variable speed pumps. This gasket prevents moisture from entering the electronics enclosure, which would cause controller failure. It should be replaced whenever the controller cover is removed for inspection or component replacement.
