Hydro-Pro – Replacement PC Board ZK 102 V1 for Heat Pump Type 13

The PC Board ZK 102 V1 is a genuine Hydro-Pro replacement printed circuit board designed for the Hydro-Pro Heat Pump Type 13. It serves as the main control board that manages the operational logic, sensor inputs, and component switching of the heat pump, keeping your pool heating system running reliably. Replacing a faulty control board with the correct genuine part restores full functionality and protects connected components.

Compatibility

This PC board is a direct OEM replacement for the Hydro-Pro Heat Pump Type 13 (horizontal model). Always verify your heat pump’s model designation and existing board reference number before ordering, as different Type variants and production versions use different board revisions. If in doubt, cross-reference the board number printed on your existing PCB.

Why Genuine Matters

Genuine Hydro-Pro PCBs are manufactured to the exact electrical tolerances required by the heat pump’s firmware and sensor circuits. Third-party alternatives may not match pin configurations, voltage ratings, or communication protocols, risking incorrect operation or further damage. Choosing an authentic Hydro-Pro part ensures a safe, like-for-like replacement with no guesswork.

Installation

PC board replacement involves working inside the heat pump’s electrical enclosure and should be carried out by a qualified technician or pool heating engineer. Always isolate the unit from the mains power supply before opening the casing. Ensure all wiring connectors are transferred to the new board in their original positions and that the unit is retested before returning it to service.
