This is the genuine Fluidra low-pressure switch for the refrigerant circuit of Zodiac/Fluidra pool heat pumps. Rated 0.5–2 bar and designed for direct solder/braze installation into the refrigerant pipework, it monitors low-side refrigerant pressure and trips the heat pump’s safety circuit if pressure falls outside the safe operating range, preventing compressor damage.

Compatibility

This pressure switch is a direct OEM replacement for a wide range of Fluidra Zodiac heat pumps, including the EdenPac 1–5, EdenPac 6–8, Z300, PM30, PowerFirst, PowerFirst Premium, PowerPac 1–3, PowerForce 25 & 35, Z400 iQ R32, and Z700 Duo. Why genuine matters

Installation

The solder-type fitting requires the refrigerant circuit to be recovered before removal of the old switch and brazing of the new one into the pipework. This work must be carried out by a qualified refrigeration engineer holding the appropriate F-Gas certification. Recharge and leak-testing of the refrigerant circuit is required after installation.
