4800106 – End cap AOP with single air plug (black) for Blue Lagoon 75 W

Replace a worn or damaged AOP end cap with this genuine Blue Lagoon part. The black end cap features a single air plug for the ozone feed and restores a secure, leak-tight closure at the reactor head on 75 W AOP systems.

Installation & tips

• Isolate power and pressure. Replace the O-ring and lightly grease with silicone grease.
• Seat the cap squarely; tighten the nut evenly by hand. Do not overtighten.
• Reconnect the ozone air line to the single air plug and leak-test on restart.
