This is the genuine Astralpool replacement housing tank (filter body) for the Millennium series sand filter with a 380 mm diameter and side-outlet configuration. It forms the structural core of the filtration unit, containing the filter media and withstanding the full operating pressure of the system. Designed as a direct OEM spare part, it restores a worn or damaged Millennium filter to full working condition.

Compatibility

This housing is designed exclusively for the Astralpool Millennium sand filter range with a Ø 380 mm vessel diameter and side-mounted valve connection (LR variant). It is not interchangeable with top-outlet (TR) variants or other filter diameters such as Ø 430 mm, Ø 480 mm, or Ø 560 mm. Always verify your existing filter’s diameter and outlet orientation before ordering.

Construction & Performance

The tank is blow-moulded in one seamless piece from chemical- and weather-resistant plastic resin, making it inherently robust against pool chemicals, UV exposure, and outdoor conditions. The side-outlet Millennium Ø 380 mm filter supports flow rates of up to 5,500 l/h at a filtration rate of 50 m³/h/m² and is rated to a maximum working pressure of 2.5 kg/cm². The body is compatible with both sand and glass filter media.
