The Aseko Total Chlorine Probe (CLT) measures the total chlorine concentration in pool water, including both free and combined chlorine (chloramines). When used alongside the CLF free chlorine probe in the ASIN Aqua PRO system, it enables calculation of combined chlorine — the source of eye irritation, skin sensitivity, and the characteristic “chlorine smell” in poorly managed pools.

Monitoring total chlorine is essential for professional pool operators who need to prove regulatory compliance and maintain optimal bather comfort. The CLT probe provides continuous real-time data to the Aseko controller for automated management of breakpoint chlorination.
