AquaForte – Heat Pump Chassis for SC982 9.5 kW Full Inverter

This is the genuine replacement chassis — the main structural frame and outer enclosure — for the AquaForte Full Inverter Heat Pump 9.5 kW (model SC982). It forms the backbone of the unit, housing and protecting all internal components. Sourced directly from Fluidra, it matches the exact design and dimensions of the original factory part.

Compatibility

This chassis is designed exclusively for the AquaForte Full Inverter Heat Pump 9.5 kW, model SC982. It corresponds to position 11 in the official Fluidra exploded view diagram for this model. Always verify your heat pump’s model code before ordering, as chassis parts are model-specific and will not fit other SC-series units.

Why Genuine Matters

The SC982 features a precisely engineered ABS housing that integrates mounting points for the Mitsubishi compressor, fan assembly, and internal components. A genuine AquaForte chassis ensures correct tolerances, secure component fitment, and maintains the structural integrity and weatherproofing of the unit — keeping your heat pump operating safely season after season.

Installation

Replacing a heat pump chassis is a major service task that requires a full disassembly of the unit, including disconnection of refrigerant lines, electrical components, and the compressor. This work should only be carried out by a qualified pool heating technician or HVAC engineer. Refer to the official Fluidra SC982 service manual and exploded view diagram throughout the procedure.
