The Fluidra 59815 is a 180mm diameter recessed niche for liner and fibreglass swimming pools, supplied without inserts for maximum flexibility in projector selection. This niche acts as the universal base housing embedded in the pool wall, allowing pool builders and installers to specify the niche housing during construction and then independently choose and fit the most suitable 180mm projector insert at a later stage. Made from durable, pool-grade chemically resistant materials, the niche is built to withstand long-term immersion in chlorinated and saline pool water without degradation. It is installed into the liner pool shell during construction or liner replacement, positioned flush with the pool wall, and the liner is then cut and sealed around the niche flange to create a secure, watertight installation. Compared to the version supplied with inserts, the without-inserts variant is a cost-effective option when the installer already holds the required projector inserts separately. The standard 180mm diameter ensures broad compatibility with Fluidra and AstralPool 180mm projector insert systems.
Compatibility & Installation
Compatible with all Fluidra and AstralPool 180mm projector inserts for liner pools. Installed by embedding into the pool shell and sealing the liner around the niche flange. Inserts must be purchased separately. A version with inserts included (SKU 59814) is also available.
